I just wanted to let you know how I am doing with my CD program. I wanted to send this letter to you in regards to my recent hypnotherapy session. Thank you for the deep insight into some of my fears and things that have happened to me in the past. My session really moved me in that I was able to bring up certain issues that I have a hard time discussing with just anyone. Not only was I able to discuss them but get over them in many ways. It has changed my life in the sense that I don’t think about the negative thoughts and anxiety is nearly as often. I was burdened by such dramatic experiences in the past, such as being emotionally affected by alcoholic parents and I had an unrealistic view of how the world really is. Before now I just kept hoping that my turmoil would somehow disappear. I wanted to say that after our hypnotherapy session I am so much better able to forget about some of the negative and anxiety driven things that have entered my mind and controlled me in the past. I’m so glad you helped me understand how I can change my thought patterns from the past by consistently using the custom hypnotherapy CD that you made me. I listen to it daily to continue to clear the old stuff I was holding and get a fresh start. I wanted to personally thank you for your sincere care and help through these difficult times and I look forward to more sessions in the future.
